Our interest and fascination with food culture extends beyond our home and families – we seek to use food as away of gaining a familiarity with people and places apart from ourselves.  The food itself is not only book of knowledge to be understood, but also tasted, and shared with others. We desire to integrate the food and experiences into our daily lives, to make us richer, more whole, more aware not only of what we do already, but what other people do too.
